Required Content is Located in Disc 1 and it's mandatory to install it in order to play the game and will be installed in-game which is approximately over 7.5GB in size.

Disc 1 is required to be in GOD Format or Burned to a DVD in order to get the game to prompt the installation of the Required Contents which will take roughly around 40 minutes.

After Installation is completed, You may either keep or delete Disc 1 in order to save space and load the game using Disc 2.

You may play all 4 Discs as DVDs or in GOD Format.

If you're playing it in Extracted Format (.xex), FSD is recommended for its auto disc swap feature.
(Only Disc 2-4 are excepted in Extracted Format whereas Disc 1 has to be in GOD Format or as a DVD Otherwise you will not be prompted for the installation of the Required Contents)

Game is tested using Disc 1 in GOD Format and Disc 2-4 in Extracted Format (.xex).
(Minimum Dashboard Version Required: v2.0.16537.0)

Required Content is Compatible with the following Xbox 360 Configured/Formatted Storage Devices:
• USB Stick.
• Internal Hard Drive.
• External Hard Drive.

The folder structure used is as follows:

Games \ Wolfenstein The New Order \ Disc 1 \ GOD Files.
Games \ Wolfenstein The New Order \ Disc 2 \ Extracted Files.
Games \ Wolfenstein The New Order \ Disc 3 \ Extracted Files.
Games \ Wolfenstein The New Order \ Disc 4 \ Extracted Files.

(Required Content Installation will be Automated in-game but for your curiosity, Here's a reference for the file location).

Folder Structure for Required Content Installation:

(Example) Hdd1 \ Content \ 0000000000000000 \ 425307F5 \ 00000001 \ content_file_1.bin (Required Content 1)
(Example) Hdd1 \ Content \ 0000000000000000 \ 425307F5 \ 00000001 \ content_file_2.bin (Required Content 2)

*The game runs fine with FSD and DashLaunch and has no problem so far.

Tested on:

XBOX 360 Slim 4GB Corona
RGH Glitch 2
Dash: 16747
320GB Internal Hard Drive(OEM/Third Party)
FSD 3 rev 775
xexmenu
DashLaunch 3.12

Hi great post, very useful. I like to convert all my games to GOD format, find that easier to work with.
When I extract the files they are organised in a different way than that you described.

Example:

Wolfenstein New Order game file

DVD1\425307F5\00007000\7394574391FCB357C80D.data
DVD2\425307F5\00007000\A8BB298A506B3F8345B7.data
DVD3\425307F5\00007000\F855E53D11CBE3F2FBD0.data
DVD4\425307F5\00007000\46528D90FFC279888667.data

My question is how can I sort them out in the exact same way as you did?

I have a RGH xbox 360.

Cheers

If you want to get it in the same order as mentioned above, you can use ( XBOX360 ISO Extract ). It will extract the files for you rather then making it in a GOD format.
You just need Disc 1 to be in GOD format.

A8BB298A506B3F8345B7.data
7394574391FCB357C80D.data
F855E53D11CBE3F2FBD0.data
46528D90FFC279888667
7394574391FCB357C80D
A8BB298A506B3F8345B7
F855E53D11CBE3F2FBD0

It doesn't matter as long as they're in GOD Format, Just put them where they're suppose to be for example:

Hdd1 \ Content \ 0000000000000000 \425307F5\00007000\7394574391FCB357C80D.data + File
Hdd1 \ Content \ 0000000000000000 \425307F5\00007000\A8BB298A506B3F8345B7.data + File
Hdd1 \ Content \ 0000000000000000 \425307F5\00007000\F855E53D11CBE3F2FBD0.data + File
Hdd1 \ Content \ 0000000000000000 \425307F5\00007000\46528D90FFC279888667.data + File

The one tested was used with FSD to scan the directory of (Games \ Wolfenstein The New Order \ Disc 1 \ GOD Files).

That's the Required Content Files:

content_file_1.bin (Required Content 1)
content_file_2.bin (Required Content 2)

It'll take around 40 minutes.

ok .. still being a n00b here.. i installed disk one in God format.. i extracted disks 2,3 and 4 and ftp'd them onto my hdd. it installed the files and when i went to run it says insert disc 2 and wont go any further..but when i go into file manager and run disk 2's xex file it plays no bother.. is there a way of getting this to play in freestyle 3.. cos i think i may be in for a bit of bother if i get to disk 3 and 4... cheers

also i am unsure if i have put discs 2,3 and 4 in the correct place

/Hdd1/Content/0000000000000000/425307F5/00007000/DVD02/

Having a spot of trouble trying to get the game to run. I have used iso2god on the disc one iso and then used 360 content manger to extract 425307F5 and ftp it to my xbox 360 hdd. When I try and run the game Im getting "Download content not available" message popping up. What have I done wrong??? Any help and advice with this will be very much appreciated.

I have also extracted of the other discs to my ext hdd in this order

usb 01
Games/

Wolfenstein: The New Order/disc 2

Wolfenstein: The New Order/disc 3

Wolfenstein: The New Order/disc 4

What have I done wrong and how can I fix it???? Once again, thanks in advance guys

Once the Required Contents from Disc 1 are installed, Load Disc 2 to play the game using FSD.
Disc 2-4 Need to be present so that FSD will auto swap those when needed.

Don't forget to add a scan path in FSD to search where you placed Disc 2-4.

If you've converted Disc 1 to GOD Format, There's no need to extract it afterwards just transfer it to the necessary directory.
Make sure FSD Scan Depth is set to at least "4" and set the scan path to search for where you've placed your game.

I'm really up for this game, but I don't want to download it for nothing like Metal Gear V. So, anyone can tell me if the mandatory installation works on a USB device, or only into internal HD?

It should work provided you have enough space for the mandatory installation however if it doesn't, It will still work with an External Hard Drive and of course an Internal Hard Drive.

Thanks, man. I just wanted to be sure that it would work on a External Hard Drive like GTA V, or only into an Internal. I think I will play it.

Still not working for me. I have set the scan depth at 4 but Im getting the same "Download content not available" message popping up when I go to load the game. As I said, I used iso2god on the disc one iso which left me with the folder "425307F5" which I then used 360 content manager to install onto my hdd (internal) via ftp.

Could be a bad copy or something else but try to copy the GOD Formatted Disc 1 to a xbox 360 configured usb drive or external hard drive and try. If it still don't work, try a different copy.

And don't ftp huge files, the result of corrupting files are likely to happen and it's slower. Transferring a file to a usb drive and then to the internal hard drive is even faster combined compared to ftp.

I have put a god folder on my external hdd and gone to the 7394574391FCB357C80D file which is inside the 425307F5 folder which now looks .like this ( I have left the god folder I made yesterday on the xbox 360 hdd which I istalled using 360 content manager)

Games \ Wolfenstein The New Order \ Disc 1 \ GOD Files.
Games \ Wolfenstein The New Order \ Disc 2 \ Extracted Files.
Games \ Wolfenstein The New Order \ Disc 3 \ Extracted Files.
Games \ Wolfenstein The New Order \ Disc 4 \ Extracted File

I located the 7394574391FCB357C80D on my external hdd and selected it, the game installed (took around 40 mins) then what happens is, I can select my difficulty, the game starts to load (two discs with arrows screen) but rather than load, I get taken back to the difficulty screen. Its like Im stuck in a loop. How can I fix it. Thanks in advance (once again)

Go to the game in your library, select any of the four covers and press A, then Y. Go to move game then select " No Section". make sure you leave one game cover in your library

Ive sorted it. As I said I was stuck in a loop on the main menu. I deleted the disc one folder and restarted my console and bingo, the game started. Took me a while to suss out but I got there in the end

You can also rename those entries in FSD.

Good to see you've got it working. ;)
