    I already tried that. It successfully sent the bin patches. Then afterwards i clicked update and still getting the hv not updated error. What is the process after sending the patches to my console what is the next step? Reboot my console etc.? Also why do i need to copy the 16203 hv patches shouldn't it be the 17150 hv patches?

    It states it cant find the 16203 patches in the error



    16203 was the first kernel that uses this method to update, updating the HV patches to this kernal will allow you to use the updater which will then update your kernel and HV patches to 17150.

    As i stated earlier, if this does not work then update manually.

    Guys if this method isn't working for you guys just manual update takes 10-15 mins not even lol. It's very simple if this method works then keep using it cause it is a good one. Don't waist your time sitting on it manual has always worked. Not bashing on this method just saying manual isn't hard lol. If you have a hard time shoot the staff on here a pm most of them have great experience with JTAG/RGH's and can help you out.

    i don't get updrv working it says it cant connect to the network on the xbox. how can i manually update the dashboard ? thanks

    On the Help & Support tab in the app there is a button, this will take you directly to the manual update files and there is even a video tutorial on how to use them ;)
