XPG Easy Updater v0.3 r2(2.0.17150.0 Incl Dashlaunch v3.14) Update your Jtag/RGH in 1-2 Minutes!

OK, the updater says it can't find the Xbox beacon, whatever the hell that means. Tried Dash Launch updsvr, did the same thing, can't find updsvr_v3, doesn't seem to be linked here.

Have you tried Forcing IP?
Is your RGH connected to the same router/subnet as your PC?

Using multiple different methods like you have will create issues. try burning the updsvr to the root of any disc and using "this application only" to update your console again. This will fix the dashlaunch issues, to begin with if it was stating your HV patches were too old all you needed to do was switch to the advanced tab and click "Update HV Patches", then you could have used the easy updater.

seems to be an issue with your networking between RGH and PC, best bet would be to use the other method of building your nand with xebuild GUI, the link to the needed files are available through the help and support tab of the easy updater.
