Seems to be a case of there is no network connection to your console, try testing network settings within NXE itself. I emulated this problem by installing an older dashboard where the network settings were set to "paul", to fix this all i had to do was Restore factory defaults within the network settings, reboot and should be good to go. You can try to use updsvr v3 but you may have issues with dashlaunch not installing properly, if this is the case you could run dashlaunch v3.14 after flashing. Another option is to not use the updsvr standalone and use the option in dashlaunch itself. Simply run DL on your console and enable updserv, leave it on that page until flashing is done, do not save your DL settings with updserv enabled as it is only designed to run whilst flashing and may conflict with network settings etc whilst in gaming/dash modes.
What have you tried exactly? one of the options i provided should have fixed your problem depending on your setup. Make sure your console is on the same local network/subnet as your PC, ethernet or wireless should not matter.
Can this be used on a Corona Glitch 2 with dash 3.04 ? What happens to existing isntallations of dash launch? Does the process use the installed versions of dash launch? is it a problem if the exiting dash launch version is only 3.04 ? thx
