    Well I have tried just about everything with no luck. It says success found xbox beacon and then it just closes after 15 seconds or so. Anyone else suffering from this? My Jtag is wired, my laptop is wired running windows 8.1 x64

    there should be a log file in the root folder from your unsuccessful build, this should have details about the error.

    I am getting an error when it is trying to update. Here is a bit of my log file:

    not available
    retrieving USVR\kv_enc...timeout waiting for data, 0

    ***** ERROR: could not retrieve keyvault from console!

    ***** ERROR: retrieving security files failed!


    ***** FATAL UPDATE ERROR: unable to get console unique files


    UPDATE:
    Looks like updating over WIFI was the problem. Plugged in an ethernet cable and problem solved. Thanks!!
