Hey guys, correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought you could only get the rift power for the last mission? I was just putting some of my rookies through psi testing, but when one of them came out, a different cutscene started, but I accidentally skipped it. All I heard was "there's something different..." then at the start of the next mission, this rookie was in my squad, and it wouldn't let me remove him (much to my annoyance) but I decided to just get on with it. Anyway, I went to give him some equipment so he wouldn't die, and I noticed he was already maximum psi level, I figured that's what the cut scene was about. But once I started the mission, I noticed he had 4 psi powers, the last one being rift. I'm not sure whether having rift was a glitch, or whether it was meant to happen from the start. I would load up an earlier save to watch the cutscene again, but I'm playing on ironman so I can't. Has anyone else had this happen?
