*title* I can dump any range fine for the first scan but when I go for the second dump it gets to 98% then says its 'Out of memory while expanding memory stream.'. Any causes to this problem at to fix this? I tried running over both the Ethernet and WiFi and it didn't change anything so something is being weird here and I cant figure it out. I did have to add 2 DLLs for XCE to work but I don't think those are the cause because it goes through with the first search everytime... (Lol, just noticed the format topic but too busy to rewrite everything.)
How much ram are you running in your PC, could be an issue if there is not enough. I personally dont use xce so i have no idea on how it works but could also be that you are searching too much at a time, for example searching 32bit & 32bit float. you need to search them seperately if you are doing a full memory search. Xex searches etc will take a lower strain on your PC and will allow you to search a lot more at once.
I got 12GB of RAM and never go past 9. Running 12GB, doubt its that. I used XCE on this same computer before fine. Just seems to be acting up after I reformatted. I tried a few ranges: 0x00000000–0x3FFFFFFF 0xC0000000-0xDFFFFFFF But I still go out of memory, I even went lower than 3FFFFFFF to see if I was searching too much. What program do you use yourself? What is the usual range to search in? Losparo told me a while back but I forgot which.
