More details of the new Xbox One have been leaked. Known as the Xbox One S, the new console is a slimmer, version of the Xbox One. An image that leaked on NeoGaf shows the Xbox One S on a vertical stand, although it still appears to have a Blueray player built in, it is said to be a massive 40% smaller than the current Xbox One Console and features a more suitably sized 2TB hard-drive along with 4K video support and high dynamic range. The Xbox One S also apparently has a streamlined controller which can be seen in the image below: Microsoft is also said to be working on a more powerful version of their Xbox games console, codenamed Scorpio, which will be released in late 2017.
Microsoft just said in a statement it can upscale games up to 4K assuming your TV can handle it. Thank goodness!
