If you are having a hard time matchmaking on either Grand Theft Auto V, or Call of Duty: Black Ops II, the reason for this is a prolonged scheduled maintenance taking place right now. This maintenance was supposed to have finished over the weekend but is still going on, we'll provide an update when this work is complete.
