Xbox Live is experiencing a number of issues according to the official Xbox Status page that are causing problems with numerous aspects on the Xbox 360 Live service. The issues are affecting "Buying downloadable items" as well as "Accessing or retrieving data stored using cloud storage" along with using "Xbox 360 Applications" the status page reports. "We understand that some of you are having trouble completing in-game purchases, or accessing certain offers in the Xbox Store. We want to assure you that our team is working non-stop to get this situation resolved as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience during this process, Xbox members! We’ll provide an update as soon as we have more information." These issues only appear to be affecting the Xbox 360 servers, as all aspects of Xbox Live on the Xbox One appear to be up and running fine with no reported issues at the time of writing this. "Xbox members, we’re aware that some of you are unable to upload Worlds in Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition. Our team is engaged and working hard to get this issue fixed ASAP. Thanks for staying patient while we work! We’ll let you know as soon as we have more information." Yesterday the Xbox 360 live servers were having problems with achievements, so it would appear these problems are a continuation of yesterdays issues, either that or someone has kicked a wire out somewhere. "Are you having a rough time launching certain apps, Xbox members? We’re working to fix this as soon as possible! Thanks for your patience in the meantime. We’ll update you on our progress when we have more information." We will update this article as soon as there is any change in the Xbox 360 live services.
