Xbox Live friends list and party chat is down on both Xbox One and Xbox 360. There is yet another Xbox Live service alert on the Xbox status page which is becoming a familiar sight of late. If you are an Xbox Live Gold subscriber you will experience problems accessing or retrieving data stored using cloud storage, as well as managing your friends lists and tracking what friends are doing. Additionally the Xbox status page reports that gamers may be unable to purchase content in the Windows Phone Marketplace and report that they are aware that some Gold subscribers are unable to upload Worlds in Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition. Both the IGN app and the Maxim app are still limited, which have both been like that for some time. Xbox Live has been less than stable since Christmas with this being the fourth outage in as many weeks.
