I assume you're saying that your console is brand new but it runs like it's been years old? I don't quite understand the last part of your sentence, 'opening a file'? Do you mean when launching a game it takes like 2 minutes but at times it just takes a couple of seconds? or...you meant to say that your RGH boots/starts somewhere between 2 seconds to 2 minutes...If it's about booting then it's pretty normal because your console is a RGH. The thingy inside stimulates the console to reset (I don't quite know what I'm saying) so it may take some time, a few seconds if you're lucky, if not, it could go up to 4 mins...
If your saying its laggy to open files on HDD then it maybe your HDD and not the console. Worth setting up a USB to see if thats the same. If not maybe worth flashing with backup nand to see if that sorts the problem out. If not then you would need to look at the install. Please keep us posted
He slows down when I put the Hard Disk when the shot it is usual it is slow at all for example in the game and it crashes back into the dash board official also lock and turn it happen! More to the hard disk if you can help I thank
