xbox 360 backup creator question

    hey guys sorry about the questions

    i have 2 discs that wont copy at all (Zegapain xor and not)

    it starts up the copying then it fails saying the video scan are zeros so i press okay/yes then it pops up saying this is not an xbox 360 game but it is lol i aso tried pressing no but it does the same thing does anyone know how to fix this

    If the game is XGD3 it will say that unless you have the latest version of the software.

    the game was made in 2006-2007 so it wont be XGD3 and i have the latest version software and 0800 lol

    every other game works perfect but when it comes to thees two games it doesnt work
