Milestone has today announced WRC Powerslide, the latest title in the officially licensed FIA World Rally Championship series. It'll be coming to the Xbox Live Arcade as the studio's first game developed for digital distribution, with three modes of play, cars from several rally classes and 8 different rallies. WRC Powerslide throws in a twist to the usual WRC fare, with an isometric top-down viewpoint and power ups dotted around the course to speed up your car or slow down your opponents. Featuring Quick Race, WRC Tournaments and Multiplayer Quick Race, WRC Powerslide aims to provide something where "the action will be frenetic as never before". You'll be able to race against opponents on the rally Special Stage, as well as being able to choose cars from WRC Class, Class 2 and Class 3 categories.
