For you Slipknot fans out there you know that the band is planning on releasing a new album sometime this year. As many of you also know their long time drummer Joey Jordinson was kicked out and their long time bass player Paul Gray died(RIP). According to Corey Taylor "The album will be 'very dark' and a cross between Iowa and Vol. 3 (The Subliminal Verses)." How do you guy's think this will sound without Joey or Paul? What do you wish to see or not see in the newest album?

yea they're still around but just barely it seems since they fired Joey and Paul died. What also sucks is Jim Root got fired from Stone Sour because he skipped out on their January tour to write for Slipknot's new album.
"In order to push the writing process, guitarist Jim Root sat out Stone Sour's January tour, later being fired from that band, and it has been hinted that the next studio release may be a double album." http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Slipknot_(band)#Upcoming_fifth_album_and_Jordison.27s_departure_.282013.E2.80.93present.29
