Assassin's Creed wasn't for the original Xbox. I love Manhunt! My favorite all time game for the original Xbox would have to be Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory. The multiplayer on that game was top notch. So damn fun to play! Coming in close second would have to be Fable: The Lost Chapters.
I would have to say the one game i actually bought the xbox for, V8 Supercars 2 also known as TOCA Race Driver 2, was the first game series to ever have all of the australian tracks, spent hours with my mates playing this game and enjoyed every second of it, #1 was ok but pretty terrible graphics and #3 was awesome also but when the xbox 360 was released the only one that was backwards compatible was #2 so even to this day i still have it on my RGH and play it regularly Also the original Ghost Recon games were a lot of fun on system link, they kinda ruined it when they released the GRAW games on Xbox 360, the older style games were a lot better and had better maps, seemed to be a lot better setup for multiplayer.
Yeh battlefront 2 is still amazing, I play it a lot on the 360. Can't wait for the next version to finally arrive
I would have to go with Halo 2 we modded that game to high heaven and i remember having lan parties with modded levels. Also taking some of the old school Cod 2 maps and putting them in. Plus you could do weapon swaps and put the skins of the weapons on Halo 2. Fun Fun. Would love to do another lan party.
My favorite was definately baulders gate Dark Alliance I played the SH*T out of that game! Like most others.... I also loved Halo
I did buy a PS1 just to play Parasite Eve 2 on it after seeing it at a mates. I loved that game, the cut scenes were the best I has seen up till that point. But like I mentioned above Baldurs Gate were played to death on the Xbox. I would still love to get some of those games on Arcade.
In 2001, about a month after the launch of the original Xbox, they released that game "Bloodwake" and it was in ALL the demo setups. Every store had it. I was in absolute heaven.. But never actually owned the game.
