Kind of a noob question but when i try to download games from website they either have the game in jtag/rgh format or iso format. By looking at the iso, the file size seems bigger. Since I am concerned about hard disk space I go with the jtag/rgh format as it is smaller in file size. Does this difference in file size means that some contents of the jtag/rgh format of a game is being cut to conserve space? I was downloading COD ghost when I saw there are some foreign files like trainers.xex in them, I then proceed to download the iso format and sees that there is no suck kind file, leading me to believe the jtag/rgh format has been modified. Is this true? How can a game run if some of its component is missing?

RGH/Jtag version is extracted ISOs. They'll only work on RGHs or Jtags.

ISOs are for the XK3Y or Flashed DVD Drives

Also when some peeps extract ISO form into jtag form they might add a trainer or some mod files into the jtag files. Its not a bad thing. Its just a little extra for the user.
