What happens if I get banned from Xbox Live?

If I connect my RGH console to XBox Live and got banned, what exactly will happen? I mean I know that I'll not be able to go online anymore but is that all? Can I still play regularly on freestyle offline?

 

Yes, you will be able to play offline etc, just buy a new KV and you'll be able to play online again, with a Stealth server of course. I recommend buying from the XPG KV Team

 

You will just be banned from live.

 

If you connect to live you console may be bricked. If you use a service to get online your Key vault would be banned. When it's banned your console works just like it did when it was offline.

Im kinda scared about the brick part...what if I don't connect my external hard drives and relocate all my save files to another place so that my console looks empty and new, will I get banned too? I just wanna go live at least once hehe

Nah...it's ok..least I now know the risk of it so I can take precautions (my cousins like to mess up my console when I'm not around)
