Everything,you pick the game up so to speak where you left off. Keep in min that 99% of modded items will be worthless. Alot of things were changed.
All level 60 items ultimately wind up in the bin anyway, no matter how good. Its a typical Blizz expansion, you will replace EVERYTHING at 70.
