I read a lot of it and watched the video but I don't understand fully how to get the mods on to the xbox.. Do I dl the mods and put them on a flash drive and some how put them on my xbox? im very new to modding diablo 3 especially on a console. What's not making sense to me is how do I star it like I said in my first post. I cant find anything at all ANYWHERE that full explains how to start it and get it onto my xbox. Do I need a modded xbox to mod d3?
all you need to do is extract the save file from your xbox to pc modify it then copy save back to xbox.
YES! Thank you. But one last question haha sorry man I may sound like an idiot for asking but I need to know. How and what do I need to extract my save file from the xbox? It's just I've gone as far as I can go with my barb doing mass dmg armor and health and I have 3 lvl 60s and the game just isn't very fun anymore. I'm just very interested in modding.

It is very easy bro. If you use Horizon, open up the program on your machine, then plug in your USB drive. It will then show in the program. go to games and then go to Diablo 3. Right click on the save file under Diablo 3 and click on extract. This will open up a window. Save the file in a spot you want. I would suggest u make a folder on your desktop or your my docs for the file. Once the save is there, MAKE A BACKUP. Inside that folder, make a folder called back up and put a copy of the save there. Just in case u screw up you have a backup copy. MAKE A BACKUP.

Is there any way to change difficulty on a newly created character, from Normal mode to Inferno Master V mode? I already unlocked Inferno Master V for my main character and don't want to complete the game another 4 times with the new guy. Any mod to unlock Inferno Master V difficulty will really help. Thanks!
Could you link a thread you have that shows how/where the code that gives a weapon damage or armor it's armor value and how to change that? I've watched your six videos and read numberous threads. I’ve seen no one asked this, but I will go ahead and ask has anyone figured out the values through hex editing that’s unlocks all of the acts and difficulty for every hero that you created. Its seems like a giant chore having to go through each hero so that every act and difficulty is available for them. Also what about what the challenges has anyone manage to unlock all of the challenges at 100% where your overall is 100% I’m sure that can be unlocked through the Profile or account file in the ps3 save data through hex editing. Currently my overall is 76% and some of those challenges are a pain in the butt to unlock and nerve racking.

OMG thank you so much now I had to do it manually because I didn't see a button where you can unlock all of the quest at once, but know thanks to the tool I have all acts,quest, and difficulty unlocked. I hope the creator can figure out how to unlock the challenge achievements.
