Short Description: Until Dawn gameplay video shows 8-minute playthrough

Sony has released a video showing the full playthrough of the Until Dawn demo recently made available to attendees of the PlayStation Experience in Las Vegas.

The eight-minute playthrough shows Sam, played by Heroes' Hayden Panetierre, taking a bath when she's interrupted by an intruder breaking into her house. She then has to escape and avoid being murdered by the killer.

Originally announced as a PS3 title at Gamescom 2012, Until Dawn was re-revealed as a PS4 title at the same event two years later.

Developed by Supermassive Games using an "evolved" version of the Killzone Shadow Fall engine, Sony says the horror game will offer "edge-of-your seat gameplay" and "branching storylines that promise no two experiences will be the same".

The title challenges players to make it through the night in one piece as they take control of multiple characters trapped together on a remote mountain retreat. It's scheduled for release in summer 2015.
