NOTE: You WILL need a RGH Xbox 360, or a Jtag Xbox 360 as well as XeXMenu, Dashlaunch, and FreeStyleDash installed. If you do not have one or XeXMenu, Dashlaunch, and FreeStyleDash installed than this WILL NOT WORK! Here in this tutorial for you guys, I will be showing you how you can install Call of Duty Black Ops 2 GSC mod menus on Title Update 18. You can find the downloads below! Please note these mods will work in the campaign forever, however these mods will only work in multiplayer as long as Title Update 18 is the newest title update for Call of Duty Black Ops 2.
