I dont see how this is working for you when its not for the rest of us.

 

try admin mode

 

Admin mode still doesnt work. Saying same errors as before. I even done the compatibility for Windows 7 option and unblocked the file since my computer blocked it. All I want is to mod this game and evl within, but your editors wont work on my computer.

I have windows 8 and it's not opening for me either. I even tried the compatibility settings and still no result. Hopefully XPGOByto will get it straightened out.

 

please get this to work for windows 7 x64. why make and editor that you can't open or even tell everyone how to get this to work. are you sure you put all files in the zip file. according to the pics this editor looks amazing. i really want to use this editor.

Cant even extract the file.
RAR is broken, doesnt wotk with 7zip either.

Maybe uploading a working File.

 

This looks like a great tool, but I can't get it to open on Windows 7 or Vista. On Windows 7 I try to open and watching Task Manager, a process for the tool pops up for a few seconds then disappears. On Vista it immediately says the program has quit running, submit an error report to Microsoft or whatever. I never actually see the tool open at all.

Tool doesn't work on Windows 7
Tried opening as an admin aswell and nothing happens.
Looked like a promising tool.
