hey can someone give me there gamesave... this isnt working for me for some reason like it says i have the skill points on my save but when i load up the game it doesnt work it just shows how much vc i have

i dont know it isnt working for me but i think that the account has to be offline or something like that for it to work because all it does is show the amount of VC that i have and it doesnt show me skill point any where
