Not entirley true it just depends how you do it. I recently downloaded a level 60 character then maxed out his stats. What program are you useing?
This was said back before the max stats had the option of any level character then it was only with a new or level 59 and under. I know its possible now but thank you for helping.
I was afraid that would be the case, would you be willing to take a request for a modded save? I would just like to get my character back to where he was, modded level/paragon level. If so, I could give you a few bucks via PayPal or Amazon or something for your time.
Wrong, move speed is capped at 25% unless you have a passive like monk fleet footed, which increases the cap to 35%, sure you can wear tons of + move speed, but it has no effect, you can view your character details for proof.
I'd personally appreciate if a save with either the keywarden keys/infernal machine plan or infernal machines was added. Would be quite appreciative.

isnt a hi jack i give props to the poeple who i got items from on diff saves and i have put alot of work into putting diff characters together plus some of my own also have u looked on it bc there is alot of stuff this save doesnt have.... so i would look more into something b4 u dis on a save when you have no idea wut ur talking bout
I would love to see a modded raven wing bow. I love to look of the raven wing bow. It is by far the best looking weapon in the game. Also great job on the save man! keep up the good work :3.
