Every game has issues, Most won't notice small ones but things like pop-ins and frame rate drops are common with graphic intensive games especially open world games...
Run from external HDD/USB From looking at other forums (and my own confusion) I think some might be struggling with the discovered approach because they aren't familiar with extracting the files within those content packages - they are generally just use to Horizon > 'save to device' and being done with it. Credit goes to the good folks and members discovered this, the below is just my instructions that got it working on my 4GB console. Pre-requisites * forget how you usually install 2 discs and how you installed GTAV Extract both iso's (disc1 and disc2) I used Xbox Image Browser In the extracted disc1 directory you will have the following folder: 'Content\0000000000000000\45410997\00000002' in that folder will be 4 content files (4541099700000000, 4541099700000001, 4541099700000002, 4541099700000003) In the past you would likely open up Horizon, drop each package in and then click 'Save to device', INSTEAD of clicking save to device you want to click on the 'Contents' tab for each package. You will notice you are now looking at all the folders and files within that package and you can extract them. Extract each package to the same (single) directory, the idea is that you end up with a full 'Data' folder. Once you have extracted all four packages the 'Data' folder should have around 97 files and be about 6.73GB~ (you don't need to extract install.dat or package.mft. If you do just delete them or ignore them) You want to copy & merge your newly extracted 'Data' folder with the 'Data' folder in the disc 2 directory. The end result with be a data folder in your Disc 2 directory that should have around 211 files and be 12.9GB~ In the root (main) disc 2 directory, delete the DA3.Splash.xex file Copy your disc2 folder to an external hdd or usb drive and on your 360 using yoru favourite file manager navigate to the folder with your disc2 and launch Default.xex Again, much thanks and credit go to those that worked it out.
Is there a way to import things from Dragon Age Keep or at least change the background? Because the Default World State... Well, sucks.
Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong please. I extracted Disc 1, ftp'd 4 folders to /content/00000000/45410997/00000002 Converted Disc 2 to GOD, copied to my external. Shows up in dashlaunch but nothing happens when I start it. This worked fine for all other 2 disc games that required installation. Cheers.
If you're going to extract one disc, Extract the other as well. The way you're setting it up for external drive is wrong, The main post has been updated with info on playing this game with external drive. You'll need to extract both disc's and individually extract the 4 content files using horizon or a similar program then combine those extracted contents accordingly and copy the Data folder or everything to the root of Disc 2 folder and overwrite existing files and folders. Afterwards, Delete the "DA3.Splash.xex" file from Disc 2 and run the game.
Help Please, I did everything as sayed, but when i run the game its stuck on load screen, someone knows how to fix it?
How are you placing the files? Describe your directory structure and list down your console specs... How are you placing the files? Describe your directory structure and list down your console specs...

Hey guys, First time poster. First time do-er as well, I guess. I've been struggling to install Inquisition for a bit now and I'm not getting any wiser. I've installed Horizon, but I've no clue how to use it at all. Seems like I'm already messing up extracting the ISO files, because I'm not getting any content folders. Instead I get this: http://i.imgur.com/CEO0a5i.png I know I'm sounding like the biggest noob ever here, but any help would be greatly appreciated.
You need to use a program specially made to extract XBOX 360 iso files, A couple of known ones are 360mpgui and Xbox Backup Creator to name a few... Google for those and do as much reading as possible for anything about RGH/JTAG related stuff you need to know as It can help you in the long run.
