yes it should work just fine on all exploit types as long as the console is running Dashlaunch 3.08 or 3.09 or the standalone server is used

 

i use Dashlaunch 3.08 and run UpdateMyConsole.bat or xebuild update -f 16537 -ip 192.168.1.99
and they say unable to find console

but when i run xexmenu i can ftp and i test network in xbox dashboard it working

ps. i use wireless connection

updated the dash launch 3.09 and now my xbox is a brick.

It wont load. any suggestions?

Quick question for all the brilliant minds on this amazing site. What are the benefits / reasons to updating the dash. Other then the obvious of having the latest dash and possibly the avatar data. Just curious. I appreciate any info. Have a wonderful evening. It's 11 pm here.

Hey great stuff, having just a bit of a problem. When i run the .bat I get a error saying console hv patches are not recent enough to support update mode. Any ideas?

Updated dash and avatars following another method, anyway a great tool :gamer4:

 

F*ck; same here. Sometimes (but i have no idea why or when: its just very rarely) it loads a blue screen and tries to find some files, but with no success. Any ideas how to unbrick? (good god, please let them find some, i don't want my xBox to be bricked)

 

Reflash using your backup nand. Had to work it out myself. He should of really put in the guide to back up your nand tbh

 

hmm...what brings me to another problem. As a complete noob (bought the xbox already prepared for copys) I think I got no backup nand. I don't even know what a nand is (as i sayd: im a noob). How do I know if I got one? (please excuse my bad english)

 

HMmm I knew this would be the case. While your xbox was operational you were suppose to make a backup. :[

If you press the eject button when the xbox is off, you'll be able to get your cpu key. Maybe then someone could make a doner nand for you. I have not idea how to do that though. Im also a noob. With not help from the creater of the topic I had to go out i work out how to fix it.

Like i said before the tutorial should of stated to back up your nand. Bet this has messed up alot of xboxes for people. Had a read through the entire thread. Its only noob friendly if it works lol

Wouldnt find xbox. The big secret to making it work? PUT THE FOLDER IN ROOT OF MY COMPUTER. lol. Simple as that

Thanks for the tut. I just tried this last night with 3.09 and it went to reboot and now my 360 won't boot at all. Just the little green light in the center and that's it . I have backed up my NAND which is called flashdump.bin (is this correct?) and looking to know the best way to fix my 360 as my eject button does not work ><.

Any help is much appreciated.
