Have a nice day. --------------------------------------------------------------- For those getting this error. Move default.xex for dashlaunch to root of your consoles HDD into the installer folder ex: HDD1:/installer and run it from there. this solved my problem with this issue
Hi, Worked very well. Like A charm Thanks for the app one point though. If you are unable to connect then try switching of the FTP server in FREESTYLE and use DASH LAUNCH FTP server.. Thanks
many thanks, exactly what l needed, l assume all l need to do for further updates is just change the dash number in the *.bat file and add the relevant system update and avatar packs? btw lm still having problems trying to load the game Thief, FSD just reboots and sends me back to the dash.
I have an error, can't find my console, why?Im using wireles internet.can u pls pm me.can I do it from my console?
Hi Begal, I'm new here, I would like to try it but I couldn't get the Dashlaunch from your link (http://www.xpgamesaves.com/files/file/4808-dashlaunch-311-16547-support/) as it redirects me to the homepage. This will be my first time to update my XBOX and I really have not done any flashing before. Thanks in advance for your help about the dashlaunch link!
Hello my friends! I want to give you a quick tip on this update tutorial! After I did the step by step instructions, my console booted ok after the update which ran just fine, games ran ok, but at the second boot the screen stayed black and the console didn't boot. I said to my self, OK, now I bricked my XBOX, great. The problem was, I copied the Installer with the default.xex on the root of HDD1 partition, and I think the console tried to boot on this first instead of the right .xex file. I took out the hdd, connected to a computer via a sata to usb adapter, deleted the installer folder with the default.xex file, rebooted and voila, the console ran fine into FSD. Please do not repeat my mystake and be careful with the default.xex.
The same way ) just be careful where you put the default.xex and delete it as soon as the console boots too fsd after the updatemyconsole.bat command.
