    If you used my file pack it should have done it automatically, if your using your own files , you need to put the $SystemUpdate folder (avatar update 16537) in the 16537 folder in XeBuild

    Yes that's exactly right, avatar update will only install to HDD and possibly 360formatted memory unit( not sure on that), but if you are just using a fat32 stick it won't install it on there , in your case it will be skipped ;)
