[tut request] to completely uninstall a skyrim mod?

    sorry for posting in this in the tut section but i found no other board that was more releavant.

    i basically need a way to preform a clean uninstall of mods from skyrim which stops their scripts and removes as much traces from the mod as possible. the mods i need removed are skyrim perks extravaganza which changes the perks tree and appocolypse spells which adds a bunch of new spell. I had already used some of the appocolypse spells and some of the added perks before removing both mods from my DLC folder. i'm a few saves past that point now, but is there still anyway for me to completely remove them and terminate the scripts that are running now? I have the multy-utility mod by sleyb installed as my command console.

    just uninstall the game and reinstall it and load the save....

    skyrim isn't installed on my hdd. i'm running a GOD rip. should i install it?
