today they made it available to turn ur retail xb1 to a devkit and $19 for a 1 time fee to register. This is only the preview the full free version will be available this summer. so this should make modding games lot easier right? i'v never used a dev-kit before
Literally I am not a coding freak so all I know is that if they are coming out with Dev kit then certainly some one will make mods..
