hey guys, ive seen a few posts like this but none are the same. ive got a rgh system and all my games are in GOD format. using freestyle 3 ive been loading my trainers with xex loader. but now all my trainers wont worl when i press start+back. screenshots are not enables and nothing has changed, just randomly stopped working. ive tried a diff version of xex loader and tried dash to boot them. still no luck, they all used to work perfect. i know this isnt a comman fault as ive found no answers for this issue. I really dont want to format my hdd and start again, thanks in advance for help!
far cry 3 requires tu 4, its on that black ops 2, requires tu 10, its on that. They all worked then i turned it on the next day and now they dont. its really wierd. i havent touched a thing its asif the xex isnt dumping into the memory
quite strange but i dont know what to say as im not the best, maby someone else will know how to fix the problem have you tried converting the gods to jtag rips and trying them
i was going to but as ive got around 40 games its going to take forever. I just dont understand how then can work one min and not the next. ive been googling for 3 days and no one else has had the same problem so god knows!
Could always try loading dashlaunch then loading the trainer that way should kick you back to normal dash.Then load the god game as normal,then try the trainer again.It is odd one day they worked and next they don`t even with the setting disabled to stop it screen shotting with start and back.
i tried that too mate, 2 versions of xex loader and dashlaunch. none seems to have any effect. when they are booted where do they store files? like into the hdd or are they stored into the RAM?
Hmmm how bloody bizzarre other alternative is reinstalling fsd and dashlaunch and try again.I`ve used God games in the past and put the trainer into the same game folder.Gone to file manager loaded the trainer that way and worked fine after being kicked to dash.Not sure how trainers work mate.XPGsensi or ADDZ or any other Team Xpg member can answer that one for yah.
i think i might try re-installing them, im not too bothered about having them its just bugging me that they have stopped working lol
Ive reinstalled f3 and dashlaunch but still getting the same problem. God knows :/ donyou think its cuz there in a folder called trainers/folder for trainer/ trainer.xex?
That's quite strange indeed. Trainers generally don't create files anywhere. A DLL Loader loads a trainer into a specific range of memory in which it stays resident. Start + Back (or any other button combo, I use the thumbsticks in my trainers) opens the trainer menu. It doesn't really matter where you put these trainers. You could put them in your games folder, or keep them all together in a folder structure like you have. There's 2 things that are really important: 1. Generally you can only load 1 trainer per boot cycle, unless there's an option to "unload" the trainer. 2. Make 100% sure (check your launch.ini the root of your HDD) that no plugins are being loaded by Dash Launch. 3. If you're using FSD, see if you have a "plugins" folder and if there's anything in there. If so, rename the folder to test if that helps. Are you 100% sure nothing changed since the last time they were still working? Because if you are using them succesfully one day, and then go to bed without making any changes whatsoever, and waking up the next day and find they're not working anymore you got an extremely odd situation on your hands. You could try one of my trainers and see if the thumbsticks activate the menu.
Yes please i'll try one of yours, only thongs that were changed. The splash screen if the default skin and the trainers moved into a subfolder. I was starting to think the nand was corrupt or somthing ive tested yhem around 40 times sice and none work. Inwas going to try disable the f3 plugin tgat enables link but they worked fine with it enabled before and some of mine are online trainers
theres nothing in plugins, in launch.ini ive even re-installed the lot just to be sure. I just got a new trainer for God Mode which has no TU's and the trainer didnt work for that either. im stuck now, i know that xex files are working on my system just seems like trainers arent. is there a way to clear the ram? maybe some code is stuck in ram? im just thinking of all solutions,
Yeah it was your trainer but it doesnt work on my xbox either. They have all stopped working randomly
strange!!!! i unplugged my hdd and installed everything from fresh on a usb drive. Trainers work!! so now is it my profile, or data on the hard drive? ive re-installed f3 and ashlaunch
Seems like something has crapped out. I doubt it's your profile. Remove FSD from your HDD and reinstall it there. If that doesn't work, reinstall Dash Launch on your HDD. I think it's an FSD issue somehow.
