tried a dl manager and all i can download is an html file of the page

Ok this is what I don't get my rival jackass make 1-4 codes and post it and everybody get all happy and congradulate him, which I'm not saying thats a problem but whenever I post stuff I never get an applaud, and I do just as much work he does.
