As part of an earnings call today, Electronic Arts CFO Blake Jorgensen announced that Titanfall 2 is not going to be released anytime soon. Responding to an analyst's question, Jorgensen said you shouldn't expect to see Titanfall 2 until EA's fiscal year 2017. That means Titanfall 2 is due to launch sometime between April 1, 2016 and March 31, 2017.After lots of rumors, developer Respawn Entertainment co-founder Vince Zampella in March confirmed that Titanfall 2 was in development. The original game was released only for Xbox consoles and PC, but the sequel is expected to be a multiplatform title, Zampella said. EA lined up its major releases during its annual financial call on Tuesday, pointing out that it has the Mirror’s Edge reboot, a new Need For Speed game, and a follow-up to Plants vs Zombies: Garden Warfare all heading for consoles and PCs between now and next April.
