Ubisoft have just announced via a blog post that their upcoming MMO Racer 'The Crew' has been put back to December the 2nd on all platforms. The Crew which will be available on Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 4 and PC was initially set for release on November the 11th. It's not all doom and gloom though, every cloud has a silver lining and all that jazz! "There’s a good reason for the small delay." says Ubisoft. "It’s because the teams at Ivory Tower and Ubisoft Reflections are listening to all of you. In fact, a second console closed beta is planned for November." Although the game has been delayed by just under a month you will still be able to play The Crew by taking part in the beta. There has already been three closed betas for this MMO Racer,two on PC, plus a limited beta on current gen consoles. “We received a lot of valuable information from the recent PC and console betas,†says Creative Director Julian Gerighty. “We are now scrutinizing all of the player feedback so we can ensure that The Crew delivers the seamless open-world experience that meets everyone’s high expectations.†Its better to have a thoroughly tested game released a few weeks later than anticipated than to have a rushed game and a ton of half baked patches.
