Do we require any software like Visual Basic to be pre-installed to get this work? I am getting unhandled exception error when I open the sav file.

Hi plz help when i open the Carro1000.sav file it says unhandled exception has occured in your application. if u click continue, the app will ignore this error and attempt to continue... Format string can only be G,g,X,x,F,f,D or d
the same happens on PMD i have just started my career plz help
