I've never done this before. I downloaded and extracted it, but I still have no idea how to make it work.
Can someone please walk me through this? Can I put the file on my flash drive and transfer it to my 360? Cause I tried, but there's nothing to transfer, much less anything to "Boot" as it says in the instructions.

It says: Download, Extract, Boot Trainer, Boot Bound by Flame. I understand the DL, Extract and 'Boot Bound by Flame' (AKA Start your game up,) but I don't understand how I'm supposed to 'Boot the Trainer'. Where/how is this done?

Can someone please explain this to me?

(So I did some research... Do I have to have a special Xbox 360 System for this to work? It can't be a regular one like I have?)
