    the infinite health cheat does work but something does disable it but i haven't tested what causes it yet

    my guess is its either new missions mess it up or eating food does it as i had infinite health to start with then i had to eat a pizza then i did a mission and started losing health but disabled and re-enabled the trainer again and health was infinite again
