[~TeamXPG~] GTA San Andreas HD Trainer +7 All TU

so i don't know if anyone can help me out. i downloaded the file placed it in games directory and launched the trainer loader xex file then the game and the the worked the first time but i shut the console down and when i attempted to use the trainer the next time i played it will not work could someone help me out or point me in the right direction to get some help
