Do you have any nanosuit upgrade points?
It doesnt auto unlock all skills. In beginning of game u get to a point where you pickup 4 nano points. Then you can activate it and unlock all the skills. Your points should not reduce.

thanks man but as the two above me have pointed out theres no Trainer_Loader.xex in the download

 

Trainer v1 had the loader in and the rest where just modified version of just the trainer and you use the old loader with it.

With regards to the points, Every time I was picking up a point i had the points cheat enabled and it was not sticking was effy, so disabled the points picked up a nano point and then re-enabled it.

This time worked however it only lets you unlock the first nanos. So I have unlocked all columns nano's lvl 1's. Lvl 2 -4 must unlock the more you play the story. I have just been past the skinning centre where you unlock your suit and approach Ceph mindcarrier. Still have 1 point and cannot upgrade the rest.

This is just the loader, so add the loadertrainer and then download the current trainer.xex from OP first post.

this trainer makes the game employable for me .. theres a part you gotta kill a ceph scorcher and with the trainer it has unlimited health

 

I haven't got to that point of game yet.
You can try to disable 1 hit if its causing the issue.
I am only using godmode,infinite energy and ammo/arrows myself. and havent had any issues.
With infinite energy you can keep stealth on and stealth kill or arrow kill enemies. Also with infinite energy you can use shields/armor and it never runs out also.
If you have a save in that area i can take a look and fix it for the AI you are having issues with.

 

I'm not sure if its just my game or not but it seems with just infinite ammo, energy and health activated its still has one hit kills

Completed it and yes there are a few places you have to disable health and ammo a certain locations and then re-enable them again afterwards.

 

I am giving it a run threw now. See if i can fix those bug spots. Thanks for reporting the issues
