So I have an update guys. I got rid of my GOD format and grabbed a new copy of Alien Isolation. It's the readily available "XBOX360-COMPLEX" release. So now I have game as any other regular folder format RGH game. Unfortunately the trainer still doesn't work. I matched the Media ID & Title ID and they are the same. I'm not sure why this still continues to not work for me, when it's working for so many others. I'm sure there's a lot using the exact same XBOX360-COMPLEX release. Very weird. Anyhow, still hoping losparo & goldgiver bring out an update if it truly is an existing issue, and not just on my end. Thanks guys.
Guys, I GOT IT!! Working 100% Found the culprit: "fakeanim" - it's the program that let's you put in custom animations as boot screen for FSD. I actually had to remove it because it was causing slow rgh boot times & was also not letting the box save digital audio outout settings. Dolby digital 5.1 would revert to Stereo. After removing fakeanim completely (had to reflash nand), all the above problems resolved. To my surprise, the trainer stared working. Losparo / Goldgiver, perhaps we can add disclaimer to first post that users should remove fakeanim in order to use trainer. I bet some other users with fakeanim couldn't get it to work either. Thanks guys!
Added your information to the first post, hopefully it helps some others, nice job troubleshooting that. We will still continue with another possible solution to help out
