Confirmed. Loading the trainer before the Malacoda fight (chapter 11, last section in the helicopter) causes the game to crash AFTER the fight and unfortunately BEFORE the checkpoint. I managed to bypass the issue by restarting the console and starting the game without loading the trainer. The fight isn't too hard, even on infernal and if you've stocked up on herbs you should be fine. Once you reach chapter 12 you can exit and relaunch the game via the trainer.

TU1 used by the way and all cheats work (except for the timer reset but I didn't need it)
