Dpad + up means up have to press up on the Dpad 4 times. The other questions you have I'm sorry I can't answer because I don't play the game.

What? The Dpad is below the Left Thumbstick on the controller.

 

I press up 4 times. And nothing happens.

 

I can only tell you what the trainer says to do. I'm sorry that I can not offer any other help. I don't play GTA but it should give you cash as it says. I believe you may have to buy a gun or something but I could be wrong.

 

Can anyone confirm Infinite Special Ability is working? Definitely want to start the game again but want to do it with that cheat.

hope someone can help me. bit of a noob here. cane across the post, hav downloaded the tainer and patch but cant get it onto the 360. the lappy wont see the 360 memory ard and the 360 will not see a usb stick. how do you copy the files onto the 360 to run it?!
