    Did anyone else find that not all the character are lvl 27 or did I do something wrong Cassandra was lvl 1. If anyone else ran into this can help me fix it ty

    just get to haven and then she is lvl 27 it's a glitch where you have to get that far in story mode for her to have gained a lvl
