I have the PAL Version and the trainer doesn't work, sadly. It boots and opens but the options don't have the desired effect. Do I have to get NTSC?

/edit the way I see it there isn't even a NTSC out there, Media ID is also correct, why doesn't it work then? I'm not using a TU, and the trainer built into Chameleon also doesn't work. What's wrong?
