My save games keep freezing as well. I've used the title updated. I've used both horizon and this tool, and it always keeps freezing at the end of every game. Anyone have a solution for this?

everytime i mod my save, i resign and rehash, dump back to USB and start game. EVERY time it says the save is damaged and unusable. What gives?
