It lets you mod all stats for all characters, lets you modify the slots to add/remove any character (can make clones of characters so be careful.) It does a story mod as well/location I say story mod because modding your location affects the story as well.. so theoretically it should be possible to skip to final dungeon and beat the game.. I haven't tested it but I have tested skipping the nonsense on getting inside it when I had the quest and skipped into the final dungeon and beat the final boss.

Anyway enjoy the tool. Also remember it is over a year old so yeah.... the GUI isn't quite up to my standards... but yeah it is still the best tool for this game.
