Still see the original xbox boot animation

    Hello guys!

    So my slim xbox360 got rgh in a local store.
    Everything is ok, and i am able to change the fake anim by the guide in this forum.
    BUT every time i boot into freeStyle 3, i see the original xbox360 boot animation (with the green logo) before the fake anim appears.

    How can i remove the original xbox360 animation?

    FTP to your console, navigate to "Flash" and delete bootanim.xex, now be warned if you cant reflash your nand dont delete this file or rename it because you cant drag and drop anything there
