The site is hosted on a private Server that I own in my house; I also run some other applications on the Server (to keep costs contained) and sometimes I need to reboot the Server or kill & restart some processes - this might cause Site downtime. Usually this reboot or restart only lasts like 60 seconds to 90 seconds ... it should never really be any more then 2 minutes. If it's more then 2 minutes, then "Houston, we have a problem!" I usually avoid doing this frequently or at high-activity times; very rarely it's unavoidable. You should encounter this very often.
So the GFWL service has been announced to be slowly written off & by around July next year it will be gone so I'm having to make a mad dash to finish certain PC titles as they are patching out the GFWL support from steam which means no more achievements. So very soon you can expect to see some uploads for Batman Arkham City PC & Bulletstorm PC. With resident evil 5, resident evil orc, dark souls, fable 3, dead rising 2 otr, star wars the clone wars republic heroes & DOW II all coming to you before July 2014! Plus any other game titles I clean up along the way.

Trying to Open ExPE to create exGPDs to add to the site but every time I open the program as Admin it just says "ExProfileEditor has stopped working" I've re downloaded the program as well as updated it to the latest version but it still doesn't want to open like it's supposed to. any ideas?

Confirmed. There is some severance of connection with the server that is causing exPE not to launch at all. This is all due to changes to the API. Unfortunately it could be down for a little bit; week be a much stronger & better application when it re-launches.

i need a game adder tool to use some of these GPD right? You can look up the details & tutorials on post #1; what you need is exProfileEditor to add these exGPD's to your profile. Unfortunately exPE is currently down for updates so you do need to wait s few before you can use these.
Not all of the functionality is back (Downloading Images, etc.), but the basic application should be working again. You should be able to open the application, open your profile, import & export exGPD's.
I'm sure everyone here knows by now and has updated to the latest exProfileEditor. All features & services are up & running; including exGPD import & export and Downloading Images. API should be running 400% faster.
I've tried a few of the uploads, and there are a a few I have come across that have only been unlocked offline, and a few with out of order unlocks. I have fixed ones I have found myself, tried to reupload them and I can't. I also have several far better exGPD's then ones that are on there (I have compared), I carefully spend hours unlocking mine to precision in minimal time frames. eg. If a game takes 4hrs to complete 1000g, I unlock mine with that 4hr time frame on the same day. This really helps when trying to determine how long between chapters, missions, levels etc. instead of things being spread over 10 different days. I may have multiple for each game as well; one which has LIVE achievements, another with LIVE achievements locked (that way if you don't use LIVE Gold you can't accidentily unlock them) and another which may include DLC. This is how I make my mine; Have you got any intention on being able to replace existing exGPD's at all, or cleanup dud ones?
Whilst you mean well & appear to have put a lot of work into this, please take care, your post screams "Flubber you" to all the people that have already put in a lot of work towards this exGPD library. I don't think it's necessary that all achievements are unlocked online or not as long as they are unlocked correctly ie not out of order & for any achievements that have to be unlocked online are done so. If you have however noticed any exGPDs that breach these conditions then notify Mickey immediately. But exGPD's aren't going to be replaced for new ones simply because you claim to have 'better' ones.
Never EVER unlock Achievements which are meant to be unlocked online. Especially not on Microsoft Game Studios Published Games. Dont even unlock those offline, they dont like that at all.
