I am having a little trouble here. I edited my save to enable all skills and max out my level. It seems that I have gotten myself to a place where I can no longer continue the game.

I am on the "Anomylous Readings" quest. The prompt I am given is "Return to simulation", but I am already stuck in the simulation. All the guides for this quest show the quest starting on the ship. I cannot access the ship because none of the gateways are unlocked. And I cannot access any of the side quests that take you to the ship because it tells me "This Homie is not available right now" even though I know for a fact at least Matt should be available.
